Help bedroom color any ideas?

We just moved into a new house and my in-laws were so sweet to buy us new curtains and bedspread for master although the curtains and comfortor are get this... a red copper ,gold copper and a metalic gray with black linning .. My room and bath are opened and I can see my sink from my bed... WHAT color can i paint these White walls. I am not very good at color and design...

1. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours: http://tinyurl.com/6egjud I think a light warm color like "sand beach" (# 7529) would look nice with everything that you describe. You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website: http://www.roomvues.com/ You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
2. go for a bright bedroom ^^ whatever happens bright colours are the best, they are eye catching, like yellow with a hint of blue or orange with a hint of green and so on. goodluck
