What color should I paint my bedroom if I have alot of wood furniture?

I wanted to paint my bedroom but I didn't have any idea. I want 2 colors: One for my walls and one for my door framing. And maybe another for my door?

2. Forest green for the walls and brown for the door framing and maybe green for the door just to give your room an outdoorsy look
3. Since wood already is a dark color I recommend you use soft neutral colors to have more light in your room. You can use colors like: bone white, beige, ivory or light green. You can also combine them. For example, ivory, bone white and beige looks good with white in the door framing. Also, if you use green, u can use the ivory for the door framing. Good luck!
4. what kind of wood? if it is oak you can paint almost any color. my kitchen has med oak cabinets and the walls are the colors brick and almond oil. i got the paint at Lowe's, the people there are very helpful if this does not help maybe ask them. good luck and happy painting
5. is it a deep gold tone wood? you didn't say. if so, i would do a light yellow maybe butter yellow

Purple -- royalty, spirituality, nobility, ceremony, mystery, transformation, wisdom, enlightenment, cruelty, arrogance, mourning. Purple is considered an exotic color. Considered a trendy color targeting creativity. Red --love, valentines, danger, desire, speed, strength, violence, anger, emergency exit signs, stop signs and blood. Red can evoke a fight-or-flight response, raise blood pressure and make the heart beat faster.Red would not be the color of choice for psychiatric wards, prisons or a hospital. White -- reverence, purity, simplicity, cleanliness, peace, humility, precision, innocence, youth, birth, winter, snow, good, sterility, and marriage. Yellow -- joy, happiness, optimism, idealism, imagination, hope, sunshine, summer, gold, philosophy, dishonesty, cowardice, betrayal, jealousy, covetousness, deceit, illness, hazard, spirtuality and inspiration. Best color I've seen in a bedroom with lots of wood is a very pale mint green and it looks fabulous with white woodwork so go with white for the door frames.It's also very versatile for finding matching accent colors as everything goes with it -deep blue ,light blue ,yellow etc etc.Maybe dark green or dark blue door and a some large foliage plant always good in a bedroom.As it's a bedroom you'll find this to be a very restful color,sleep tight. zzzzz
8. Soft, sort of sage green is nice with brown wood furniture. So is a soft yellowy tint. And buy some plants to go in there too.
9. the new colors that are in style now are the tans- cream and light browns on the walls. if you have dark wood furniture the llighter tan will look good--paint the trim and door a lighter shade of the cream. I have just bought a new house and it is decorated all the way through in these new colors -- It really makes your house look good to keep up with the times in decor and the in colors. 10. depends on the shade of wood and the size of the room. large room any color you choose. small room with lite wood lite colors such as greens or blues. small room with dark woods you could do a dark on bottom like navy with a pale blue on top with a border in between.
