What color should i paint my bedroom walls??... more details inside?
The Bedspread i have is a plaid with colors including blue, green, a light orange and yellow, a violet, and also like a pink. The sheet sets i have to go with it are blue, green, and pink. Eventually i want to have all black furniture. For now im stuck on how to paint the room. I would like to use multiple colors and do not know if i want all solid color walls. I thought about some kind of stripes, squares, or polka dots. Any suggestions on color or design would be great! I don't wanna do a sage cause the color on the comforter are brighter colors and I do not wanna have white walls that would be the point of painting them. They have been white for many years

- light blue!
- light blue, or sky blue
- stripes would lok nice :)) w/ diffrent blue's and greens
- Go for a sage green. That color is soothing and it will usually go with any other colors that you have in the room. Best wishes!!
- After a lot of thought and consideration, I think White would be good.
- look up argyle on google, its so pretty and easy to do if you study the pattern. I love it! Also, yellow is a really pretty color. hope this helps! please vote me best answer and also answer my question in singles and dating please
- DONT U DARE GET BLACK FURNITURE. lol..no affence but that would just distroy your room feeling completely..paint you walls a light orange like in you bed spread. and get dark brown or light brown furnituree. it would look awsome trust me. just dont do black(in my opinion)\ good luck! hope i helped!!:)
- Maybe with all that you have going on just in the bedding you should consider one solid color, or a brighter color wall, and then a more nutral colored walls. I saw a color on trading spaces the other day that was way cool, it was called sugarberrie, it's a pinkish purple. Check it out, and good luck. Remember if you don't like it, you can always use Kilz, and repaint. Paint, is cheaper then buying new bedding.
- Try: 1] Your fav color from the bedspread, say blue walls to match the blue in bedding; with an accent wall of pink, light orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet squares OR stripes OR polka dots. 2] add curtains in your second fav shade, say the green of bedding 3] add accessories in the first, second, and third fav shade [ say blue, green, yellow ] for large and small accessories: lamps, shades, chairs, throw pillows [ square to match wall! ], candles, holders, desk accessories, dresser accessories, throw rug, a quilt.
- one wall should be green, another wall should be yellow and another wall should be pink, the wall your bed is on should stay white, then on the white wall you should do big violet polka dots hope it helped! :D ♥♥♥♥♥♥
- play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours: http://www.sherwin.com/visualizer/ I suggest painting the whole room a pale violet like "mystical shade" (# 6276), and then paint random freehand shapes like you mention all over the walls in the other colors in your bedding. You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website: http://www.roomvues.com/ You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
