I need painting ideas for my bedroom?

my bedroom is a little different. it has this band going around the middle of all the walls that has to stay white. I do not want to paint my room just one color, cause that's boring. I'm basically up for anything. I'd prefer some bright colors. But anyway, I need like a website or something where I can see sample rooms that have interesting paint colors. thank you..(:

2. You could always do an accent wall in a bright color that will bring out your decor. It looks way nice and you don't have to worry about painting all the walls. Gives it a lot of style too.
3. I love the new chocolate and blue bedrooms. As far as the white band going around the middle, you could add white pillows to balance it with the chocolate and blue. Go to Delia's.com and look at the Victorian sheet set for inspiration. EDIT: Delias.com ( oops )
4. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours: http://www.sherwin.com/visualizer/ I think it would look wonderful if you paint your room "heron plume" (# 6070) and "expressive plum" (# 6271). You can also take a photo of your room & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website: http://www.roomvues.com/ You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
5. Purple (light) and celery green are a wonderful combination. Also, light blue with celery green.
