I need living room and bedroom furniture for my new house but it has to be cheap. And I have a 2 year old son?
so nothing crazy expensive. Any ideas will be helpful. Thanks for all the help.

- Yard sales and salvation armies. You'll be surprised with the great stuff you find. You can also try craigslist.org -- sometimes people in your area will be giving great stuff away for free as long as you haul it! Good luck!
- Check the classified ads in your local paper. You can get some really great deals
- Ebay.
- Where I live, they have a "habitat for humanity" store. Always got good cheap stuff there. I like "thrift stores"
- Do you need kids furniture? Here's a link with some new kids beds and storage cubes. You can use the cubes, as many and in any configuration you want for now and when you can afford better use the cubes in the closet for more organization. There is also a link to a living room. If used is good for you try Good Will. Good luck!
- Check out Craigslist.com and freecycle.com. I've gotten real quality bargains on Craig's List. Freecycle is just for things that are totally free. On each of these sites, you can list what you are looking for as well as search for what is already listed. Often people are redecorating or moving and have good things they don't want to waste in the dump or trash.
- "the habitat for humanity" store someone else was talking about is a great idea there called Restores just google it to find a location near you there very cheap have nice stuff and will deliver for a small fee. Other than that check yard sales, thrift stores. Also there is a website www.freecycle.org its a yahoo group depending on your area you can get stuff for free as long you pick it up. Good Luck
