1. Goodwill is probably the cheapest. Otherwise you won't find "cheap." Try looking online maybe, but then you will have to pay major shipping.

3. New: ikea, local discount warehouse Used: Craigslist.com, Freecycle.org, Goodwill, Salvation Army, garage sales
4. If your looking for new than Value City Furniture. They have great prices and their furniture lasts well. I had a set from them for over 10 years
