What is the theme that you have for your kids bedroom --?

I know a lot of people like using Hockey teams but what do your kids have?

1. no theme, they would grow out of it too fast, and then I would have to decorate it again
2. when i was little my parents never really had a theme for my room. They just painted it pink and purple.. well not really painted.. They had the walls white and then took a sponge and put sponge prints all over the walls in pink and purple. I have to admit it looks really neat when you're done decorating it. But kids grow out of things way fast so why settle with one theme that you'll just have to redo in the end?

4. My daughters share a room and we decided to do all tinkerbell they love it !
5. My 4 year old grandson has his room done like a gym locker room! It's pretty cool. The other two are too little to care yet.
6. Well my boys room I had painted a really nice blue and the ceiling kind of white clouds amongst the blue with a nice sea border going all around. It's serene and it kind of matched the Harry Potter theme we had going there for a while. It's full of hockey photos now that some of the players have given him and of course the Tie Domi shirt! ;~) And a friend who works above the stadium is always giving them hockey everything, so of course their bedding etc. is all hockey. At least it matched when we transfered from one them to the other! LOL My daughter's room is a nice purple. I made her curtains out of a shimmery silkey purple fabric and hot glued butterflies all over it. I hung hand made thingeys, little mirrors and coloured glass and beads on a fish line kind of thing, looks awesome, and I made bows out of huge ribbons and hotglued fake flowers to make some pretty decorations over the valance. Her closet I made thick velour curtains to hide the doors, with hanging things from the rod on them too...so her room is really girly with pinks and whites and purples everywhere on her wall. She has the cutest bedding and rugs etc. and of course---the purple netting around her bed. That is covered with silver shimmery stars! Don't even ask about my bedroom...it's still as it was when we first got here! LOL
