I have freeview in the kids bedroom and they?

dont get a strong signal as its an indoor arial! What arial other than an outside one (as I've no idea how to put one up!) can I us indoors. the signal is pretty poor!

2. im afraid it all depends where youlive and what sort of strenth of signal you get in your area where i live only an outdoor 1 will do
3. Freeview? Arial? Are these codewords for basic channels and antenna? Any indoor antenna from Home depot, best buy, frys, staples, walmart, et cetera will work fine as an arial for your freeview. They just get plugged into an outlet and screwed into the back of the tv.
