Average sized kids bedroom?

I had to make a floor plan for a kids bedroom with the dementions and everything, and I made it 15x20' I was wondering if this was kinda large or too small. Its for two kids to share btw.

1. Master: maybe 10x15 Kids: 10x10 or 10x12 this is what my husband said was the normal size and he is a contractor so
2. 15x20? are you kidding me? thats bigger than most master bedrooms unless you're talking about some custom built home for a really rich family. average bedroom size is usually about 10x10, even that is generous.
3. Yes that is large. However, if the kids are sharing it may be nice. I have seen a large bedroom for children, and that is nice to have the extra space. I would go check out some model homes, and go to the master, and ask the sales reps the measurements. That gives you a better comparison. I go to model homes for ideas, and I tell them I am just looking.
