teen bedroom murals??
I have this big wall opposite my bed and I really wanted to paint a mural there. But I'm not sure what kind of mural to paint. I want it to have the colors pink and green because most of my furniture and bedding are already that color. Any ideas?

- paint an Under the Sea, seascape... with lots of colorfull fish and coral and turtles
- How about something abstract. take a piece of clothing or one of your sheets and use that design and incoporate the colors that you want. i prefer shapes to flowers and frilly things like that.
- How about an andy warhol-esque type mural (the calssic marilyn monroe). I've put a link at the bottom so you can have a look. It depends on your style, but i think that would look really cool and surprisingly easy because you can buy stencils instead of free handing it.
- Green landscape of fields and trees with a pink-tinged sunset. Massive painting of huge pink poppies. Large wicked witch of the west face with smiling pink mouth? Portion of the Hulk holding a fistful of roses? Pink Koi swiming in a pond amongst the green aerator plants (look like seaweed) and rocks? Pink Peony with a large green catepillar? Pink heirloom tomatoes in bushel baskets? Rose Champion Plants? Jungle sceen in the rain forest with pink cockatoos or parrots? Green landscale with rainbow? Abandoned pink bicycle lying in green murky pond water? It sort of depends on what you like and how much you want your folks to worry about you. LOL
- why don't you use a basic background and then with different colour greens and pinks use masking tape and a level draw squares over lapping each other so you have 3 together then paint each one a different colour out of pinks and greens
- kidsthemebedrooms.com it's not just for kids and there is a section on murials you can get ideas. You could rent a projector and find a small picture you like and blow it up on the wall.
