What color bedroom furniture goes with yellow walls, white trim, blue checker bedspread?
I have an extra room I need to turn into a guest room. The walls are yellow, and the trim/closet doors are white. I have a nice blue/yellow bedspread that matches the wall, but I need add bedroom furniture (headboard, nightstand etc.). What color furniture should I use? (Wood - light, white or black OR maybe metal?)

- I'd go with white, for either metal or wood. It will look nice and clean along with the white trim. If you choose to do a natural wood, I'd keep it light. Remember, even though white will show dirt, dark colors show the DUST!
- I have Oak it is kind of a sunburst golden oak! But really I think anything but blond would go! Good luck!
- white
- I've always been partial to natural wood, so my first impression was furniture of natural wood, like maple or hickory or even a darker stained wood. You could also do some natural rattan wicker furniture which would give the room a light and airy "feel". If you want to "go metal" maybe an old-fashioned brass bed would look nice. Hope this helps! Enjoy your decorating project.
- White, yellow or blue
- i think either white or light wood. maybe whitewashed wood. it sounds like a country-ish feel. what pattern is the bedspread?
- white cause it will go with anything but just remember that white gets dirty easily so brown is good to!
- white to match the trim... you dont want too many colors going on, if you want a wood color get a dark wood color since you have the light colors going on in the room with the yellow. :)
