What are some romantic colors for a master bedroom??

1. Red, dark brown (like a purplish, grayish brown - that's what we did, and we love it), a lighter brown, sage green?

6. While perusing houses online one day, my fiance and I came across one that had a rather dramatic looking master bedroom. One wall (against which the headboard rested) was painted black and the other three walls were painted white. It was really unique and something I would not have expected to like. With that contrast of colors, you could add in red or something color for an even more dramatic effect (like the bedspread, pillows, etc. red, or a design with red being the predominant color). Lighting would obviously be very important in a room like this as well.

9. I had this same question when i decorated because it can be hard to come up with something that is romantic without being too girly or tacky. We painted our walls a golden brown colour. We have burgandy bedding, and i painted our mismatched furniture white to tie it all together. The dressers and closets have antiqued black hardware on them. I made curtains out of a beautiful embroidered sheer brown cloth i found on sale. The curtain rods are antiqued black metal. so i guess my answer is gold and burgandy with touches of white and black. Hope that helps.
10. Red (especially deep red or blood red), pink (for a less girly feel, darker pink), gold, purple, chocolate brown, black and white paired up with any of the other colours.
