- The inside or the outside? You could do some research to find out what colors were traditional for houses 145 years ago. Otherwise I would suggest neutrals with strong accent colors.
- black ,LOL
- The outside needs to be gray and trimmed in white. Although trimmed in rust would be nice also. Marble is nice with gray or even a nice sandstone color. Trimmed with the color of the marble (is it brown?) I would most definitely try to match the marble. As far as the master with the dark wood floors, try to pick something light, like eggshell. Too much dark is depressing. You can have one wall dark as a contrast. That would be nice.
- Country boy... You need to learn how to spell!
- since you have such high ceilings and great lighting you could use a dark color such as a rich maroone or burgundy this will bring out ur marble fireplace
- its depand on your choice, what kind of coloure u like best.other wise i like the best colour is white becouse u can do all kind of matching with it,burgundi,,,,,brown,,,,,green,,,,,yellow what ever.... and whit colour gives your hohe fessness brighteness.........and wider look.
