How can i make my pink polka dotted bedroom look older i am almost a teenager and i just got new furniture?

i hate my bedroom furniture what can i do? we dont have enough money for new everything so what can i do to make it loook more punky girly not baby freak

3. You just got new furniture and you hate it? Why not add some black in, if you want it to look punky, pink and black rock.

11. Repaint, but don't go a dark color. If you live somewhere it gets hot in the summer, dark blues, purples, or blacks make your room seem like an oven. Speaking from experience there. Go a pastel maybe? Like think Easter egg colors. That's what I plan to do next summer. These blue walls are like mirrors and aluminum foil.

13. When I hit puberty, I just started covering my pink girly room with posters. It doesn't take too long before you can barely see the walls. Get some poster paper from Target and make collages of your favorite magazine clippings if you can't afford commercial posters.
14. You could research how to reupholster it. Fabric can be inexpensive. If you folks don't mind, you could paint the wood. Pink polka dots could be pretty punk with some black accessories thrown in. Have fun with it. Good luck :)

18. Do lots of pics of you and your friends and put them in pink and black frames or polka dot frames have your friends come over and do it together get bean bags and do them pink and do them black Do other stuff you like in Pink or Black or both

20. You could convert all the polka dots to smiley faces with a black felt pen.
