Do I need to buy another set top box to be able to watch Virgin Media channels in another room?

I want to be able to watch different channels in my bedroom. Or is there anything cheaper that will do the same job?

1. Yes.
2. If you want to choose your channel independent from the main room then yes, you need a 2nd box. If you want to watch cable channels in another room you can get a video sender and use that, including changing channels, but you'll have the same channel on as in the main room.
