I'm doing my baster bedroom in brown(chocolate) and a light blue. What should my master bath colors be?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm not sure if I should keep the same colors through the master living area or go with something different.

- Paint the walls a tan/khaki color and use chocolate towels, rugs etc and choc/blue accessories.
- I would choose contrasting colors - such as dark blue and light brown, or use one of the colors and another color, like chocolate and light rose or something like that.
- blue sounds a bit yuky but it has to be very bright with a color so dark grey and cream sounds just about right
- How about a lighter brown than the bedroom - something like "reticence" by sherwin williams. http://sherlink.sherwin.com/swapp/color_visualizer/index.jsp Then get towels like these to carry the chocolate/blue in to the bathroom: http://www.target.com/Thomas-OBrien-Reversible-3-pc-Towel/dp/B000RZJA1I/sr=1-1/qid=1196716030/ref=sr_1_1/601-0828121-5370523?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k%3Achocolate%20blue&page=1 http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Avanti-Sutton-Place-Earth-Towels-set-of-6/2555082/product.html Shower curtain: http://www.target.com/Polka-Dot-Shower-Curtain-Hook/dp/B000Q74W0Q/sr=1-8/qid=1199554281/ref=sr_1_8/601-0828121-5370523?ie=UTF8&index=target&field-browse=1038610&rh=k%3Abrown%20blue&page=1 http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/sr=/qid=/ref=br_1_10/602-3594402-5011835?ie=UTF8&frombrowse=1&asin=B000MKGCKA http://www.amazon.com/Floral-Toile-Print-Shower-Curtain/dp/B000P633IU/ref=sr_1_782?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1194961707&sr=1-782
- OOOOOHHHHH! I got it. We just did this at our home and I have one of those luxury baths with the double wide doorway into the bathroom with no doors, so it is all like one room. We have light blue and chocolate in the bedroom and we went with a mix of chocolate, fuscia and navy in the bathroom...it is SO awesome.
- White fixtures and white tile with light blue walls. If you have a shower curtain consider a blue and white stripe or print.
- similar colors but reversed if you use more chocolate in the room use more blue in the bathroom similar color schemes will complement each other and make the space feel more unified http://www.poshliving.com/catalog/Decor-Accessories/House-of-Blues/1069/2261/product_list.asp http://www.poshliving.com/catalog/Decor-Accessories/Best-in-Brown/1080/2272/product_list.asp
- You do want it to coordinate but not necessarily match, so I would go with beige and blue. You can accent with navy. This way it will look different from your bedroom but still flow nicely.
