  11. Well, I like a dark bedroom. I can sleep better. So, my walls are brown. My curtains are the plastic slatted ones and they are dark brown too. My bedspread is a pink and blue mix. The carpet is a kind of medium tan.
  12. I have found some bedding just to give you an example from that you need to pick a colour , in this one the stronger colour is what should be the colour of the walls http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/ProductsHOM.aspx?DeptID=44711&CatID=44711&Grptyp=ENS&ItemId=1449879&cmRef=http://www.jcpenney.com/products/C046356.jsp A master bedroom is private domain therefore you can paint it any colour that you like but always make sure that the colour of your bedding will compliment the walls , if you have many bedspreads and like to change the look if the room than stay with natural/ neutral shades these will work with anything , if you decide to go burgundy on the walls then find bedding that have a bit of gold in them. http://scripps-content.communicationsmgr.com/pcsupload/785dc17a-184f-4c0c-988b-8614990009b9_player.jpg
  13. You can use whatever colors you like best depending on the mood you want to create. I like a soothing, serene bedroom so I usually use blues, greens, tans, browns, etc. My walls are painted blue, my curtains are striped blue, brown, tan; my comforter is beige. Some of my art work and accent pillows have a dash of red in them. Start by finding a comforter that you love and choose an accent color from it to paint your walls. Don't use the curtains that match the comforter exactly; find something a little different that blends. Here are some examples: http://www.lowhouse.co.uk/newpics/blue-bedroom-720.jpg I'm not crazy about this room but wanted you to see how the patterns are mixed, not all matchy. http://images.scrippsweb.com/HGTV/2006/08/21/kim_mod4_e.jpg (Brown and any light shade of blue or aqua look great together) http://img.hgtv.com/HGTV/2008/01/17/hccor-205-before-bedroom_w609.jpg (I like this look but would paint the walls a lighter shade of celery or sage, then use blue and white accents) http://www.ajmoss.com/croscill/desiree/ I like to use a simple comforter like this one and add drama in other ways. You can change the accent pillows, flowers, candles, rugs, art for a whole new look. This would look good with blue, green, orange, red, brown, black, just about any color. http://www.ajmoss.com/lawrence/dream-lawrence/ This one has a restful feeling too. I would paint the walls sage. http://www.ajmoss.com/lawrence/twilight/ This would look great with light blue walls. Good luck and hoped this helped some.
  14. well my dads is painted orange but a nice orange and my moms is painted yellow but they are both really nice. I personally like the yellow in my moms room and I think it is really nice. She has golden material on the windows and it looks really nice.
