Bedroom ideas? Teen Bedroom ? Easy 10 points!?
Hi I’m a girl,im 14,i like animals, fashion,retro,girly,pink things lol. I’m going trough designing my room lately, and today and yesterday I started painting my room, im almost done probably will finish by tomoro, what I’m doing is I painted my walls pink (salmon colour), and I painted lots of different sized maybe 7 sized dots (balls), on each wall, and painted them white, all the walls are pink with white poka dots, and its looking good. Today I bought this super super cute bedspread its soooooooooo cute, quite expensive almost 100's,i got a Blanket (doona), Two pillow cases, and separately there was a whole lot of pillows, and I found the same type of pillow that’s belongs to, the set, just doesn’t come with it, its real cute its like a long pillow but smaller, the bedspread is pink, with black butterflys, and black dots. I don’t want my theme poka dots for my room want plain colors, which I have accept the black dots on bed, and on the walls, and the rest is nice pinks, and green colours. I have A bed its metal and black metal clothes rack (with selfs) its black, and a nice Champange redy, brown, culored night stand desk, with draws. I think pink and red and white and black, all go together, plus the colours on my bedspread. I’m going to make my curtains, so I can pick whatever fabric I want, its cheaper and I get to custermize it, i wanna know what fabric would go good for the curtains, and what other, cheap things could do to make my room good. Thanks guys sorry its long:) Uh i dont have much,i only have light pink walls,really light,with a couple of poka dots,in light white,other then that all i have is the blanket which is light pink,with black dots and black butterflys,everything but the black is light in my room sooo ? other then that i have 3 furniture pices,all brown and black,trust me i even thought that i didnt want it to be dark,like i heard some people did a whole poka dot room in diff colors im like no way,ill do light color poka dots (circles),in light colors),and light,and black butterfly,blanket,lol i dont want to much going on,my rooms kida small (good size),so i use light things to make it look bigger. String lights?,Explain lol

- You've got an awful lot of things happening in the room already. Less is more. I would go for white corduroy curtains with a black butterfly clasp to close them. If you want to add something else, maybe make some of the polka dots on the walls, black like your doona cover - just a few of them.
- How about string colored lights around your room.
- If it were my room I would get soild pink or white fabric in an organza (which has kinda of a shimmer) and solid black cotton. I would make two sets of curtains, one of each color and put the black closest to the glass and the pink over top, on seperate bars. You'll be able to see the black through the pink but still be able to close the black for privacy or to make you room darker if you want to sleep in. I would tie them back with black ribbons, a whole mess of them, like 10 strands of thin ribbon with white butterlies or hot pink beads tied to the ends. I would also get a few white, round chinese lanterns to hang from your ceiling, cheap, cute and they won't clutter your floor!! Think maybe a white kinda shabby chic mirror for a wall or table. Putting in some basic white mirrors on the walls would make the room look bigger. Make a mobile for over your bed in white circles, pink squares and tiny black butterflies. You could probably use buttons. :)
