  1. well how about a polka dot wall witha white background with green pink blue red BIG spots all over it that http://www.vinylattraction.com/shop/files/amyholt/t_4111.jpg kind of like that but bigger :) you can by a bed set to match it would look so amazing im havin it in my room , also try to get a chair of some sort so you and your mates can chill and polka dot little fluffy cushions btw : im 14 if that helps x :)
  2. Im going trough desining mine,i just moved,im a girl and a teen aswell,im painting mine baby pink,it makes the room look bigger, well light colors anyway, also a good bed set helps, and if you got a lounge get mini pillows thell look cute.
  3. Well you could get a zebra print duvet cover, maybe some light wood laminate flooring, a fluffy white sheep skin rug (fake of course), the walls painted white, maybe with one walk a cool patterned wall paper, Nice flowy colored or white curtains, Retro pictures/posters/paintings on the wall, or maybe a collage of photographs of you and your friends/boyfriend/ family. (White or a light colour of wall makes a room look bigger) I am 14, it is helps too x my bedroom is in the chocolate, red, marron and white colours, yuor could have something like that...
  4. Prints get old after 6 months.. opt for lavendar walls and white furniture. Accents in solids.. it makes the room classy for years.
  5. If I were to get zebra print bedding I'd get it for my sheets and I'd get a nice black or white comforter, or even a totally random color like pink or blue. I'd paint my walls pink and get white furniture, if you can't get white furniture or can't find anything you like get something without a finish and paint it yourself, it might even be cheaper that way. You can get a shaggy rug, I'd get mine in white. I'd get things like frames in a black finish. You can get a lot of things in black and/or white and pink (or whatever color you choose to paint your walls). Have fun combining the colors in fun ways. Good luck
  6. If you have a black and white zebra comforter picked out, you need to choose another color to accent with. Pink, orange, turquoise, lime, purple, red...all look good. Paint your walls a light shade of whatever color you choose then start adding that color around your room in accents like pillows, throws, area rugs, candles, flowers, art, and lamps. I wouldn't add too much more of the zebra print, just a little here and there, to keep the bed your focal point. Here are some pics that might help you visualize better: You could also paint your room brown like this one if you want a more serene room: http://www.dillards.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=301&storeId=301&langId=-1&productId=501508177 http://scripps-content.communicationsmgr.com/pcsupload/8355cb86-b704-42a3-9ed0-295f9e6976e0_player.jpg http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.furniture-for-small-spaces.com/images/teen_files/h-sara/Bedroom3.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.furniture-for-small-spaces.com/zebra-bedroom.html&h=338&w=450&sz=100&hl=en&start=16&sig2=u6aitOspRQ4rLZptT8MLpQ&um=1&usg=__uzjr0MI5TA6DcuNhnJJLoP2AAd8=&tbnid=p4A4kz1wfFXfNM:&tbnh=95&tbnw=127&ei=8eAWSaX_KZmMeunD4LgH&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dpics%2Bof%2Bzebra%2Bprint%2Bbedrooms%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26rls%3DGGGL,GGGL:2006-42,GGGL:en%26sa%3DX http://nibsblog.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/opt-sofa-zebra-print.jpg Somethings you might want to add: http://www.callieskloset.com/zebra-print-lamp.html http://www.target.com/Animal-Prints-Trimmer-Variety-Pack/dp/B001185VK4/sr=1-4/qid=1226236778/ref=sr_1_4/602-8295273-6848665?ie=UTF8&rh=k%3Aanimal%20prints&page=1 Find accent pillows and area rugs with just a little of the zebra print as a border on it, so as not to overwhelm the bed and use black or a very subtle black and white drapery. http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?DeptID=60437&CatID=60437&Grptyp=STY&ItemId=150cbb5 http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?DeptID=60553&CatID=60553&Grptyp=STY&ItemId=1466c1b http://cgi.ebay.com/SET-OF-3-ZEBRA-SAFARI-DECORATIVE-ACCENT-PILLOW-COVERS_W0QQitemZ250300026100QQcmdZViewItem http://www.pbteen.com/products/p3282/index.cfm?pkey=crawwdh&cm_ven=Gravity_Stream&cm_cat=Natural_Search&cm_pla=Generic&cm_ite= Hope this helped. What you want to keep in mind, I think, is that too much zebra print wouldn't look good. If it's on the bed, use it sparingly around the room.
