What do you think of this furniture in a 12 year old girl's bedroom?

I would paint the walls a creamy beige, and get new bedspread http://www.mybobs.com/Tribeca.aspx My daughter is the actually the one who picked it out, I'm looking for opinions. I really like the set, too.

2. Have you asked your 12 year old what he/she thinks? The furniture is smooth and classy and will last a long time. Its real nice furniture, does your kid like it?
3. I think it's great. Just by changing the comforter or adding her own touches over the years it will grow with her perfectly! Even when she moves out eventually, she can take it with her and it's still classy! Good Choice :)
4. I think it's kinda dark for a girl, but the person you should be asking is her as it will be her that has to live with it, possibly until she moves out.
5. The set is a beautiful set, but I have a very important question. Did she pick this set? If she did, then go for it. So let's say she does like it, then take her shopping for her bedroom ensemble. Since you stated you would paint the walls a creamy beige - select the lightest color out of the comforter set and paint the walls. Add lamps, her personal items, and toss a rug on the floor. If she was not involved in the choice, then ask her if she likes it. This will be hers for the next 6 to 10 years - depending on schooling. Let her choose what set she wants and she will keep the room cleaner. I am the mother of 3 boys. When they pick, I do not have to fuss as much. I hope this helps.
