What are some cheap ways to...?
Make a room look more modern and contemporary? It is kinda of a small bedroom (12x16) but I want it to look more modern. Can someone tell me some ways to acheive this? Currently I have a wood dresser (Planning to paint black and add stainless steel curveed handles), a glass TV stand, and a beat up looking futon and ugly brown carpet (With damaged wood floors underneath) Also my wal;ls a seafoam green. What can I add to change this room? What colors should I use, what acessories? Also I would appriciate it if someone had some links to cheap modern looking furniture (like stuff at Smartfurniture.com, but affordable lol). Thanks

- go to ikea that is your best bet for modern.. artwork just buy your own posters and frame at a local arts and crafts store.. michaels or ac moore.. I would paint the walls tan..
