I have floral wallpaper in my master bedroom and bath?

The color is a bone background with sage green stripes and purple flowers. It is so busy. Any suggestions for bedding colors that would go well with it? It looks so busy! My furniture is retro muted blonde in color. Thanks in advance.

1. My 1st suggestion would be to get rid of the wallpaper and paint the walls a solid color. But if you don't want to do that than go with a dark wood or dark color on the furniture.
2. Go with solid color bedding,this will mute it somewhat.Or you could always use a contrasting stripe.
3. I would suggest an off white or a beige color with no pattern.
4. Angelzwi, I hate wallpaper, period!!!, I would rip it off, and reseal and paint with some bright, great feeling summer or tropical colors, I would even go with a mural , of a western Orange sunset, not to look at darn wallpaper. Ooops forgot the bathroom, I saw something that really turned me on, would like to do something similar to ours. It was a lagoon with cascading water theme, in a tropical background. Yes it was done like a mural. When I saw it, it was just inspiration. Chris
