TEEN BEDROOM IDEAS 13 pts?
what color should i paint my walls im girly and my fav color are pink and purple i have purple curtains with pink swirls in them and i have a pink bedspread and a white rug that has purple and pink in it so should i have purple or pink walls also i have white bedroom furniture and links to wall colors and any thing else or ideas for how i should decorate my room will be GREAT thanks BTW im 12 Btw i would either like to have pink or purple walls so if you have link with pink or purpe wall colors plz let me know or send them to girlygirl@yahoo.com oh sorry send them @ girlygirl9809@yahoo.com sorry i know its 10 PTS i made a mistake! look adolescent poilce im only 12 but get a life ,get some common sense,stop being such a pathetic jerk is that all you have to do with ur life if criticize people oh wait YOU DONT HAVE A LIFE!!!! pathetic!

- I have a red and white bedroom/ It's sophisticated and cute. I'm 13 though =] I have nearly all white furniture and red walls, well, 2 white walls, 2 red walls, but one of them is a pattern. It's really cte and you should do it =] Good luck whatever your descision x
- I wanted to paint my bedroom walls pink but my dad called me a fag. :P I'm a male BTW. Obviously pain it your favorite colours.
- paint all the walls the same color. it will look dumb if you have 2 different colors.
- paint your walls Pink or Pink with purple swirls... it will go nice with the curtains. Anything else like calenders or clocks or anything that have ppurple in it would make a nice balance
- You can only give us 10 points. :| But it sounds like you have a little too much pink and purple going on in there. :p Try some orange. Like a sunset orange, it would look really pretty with the pink and purple. Hang up some posters! Also corkboards! They look cute if you hang them up on your walls, like around your desk, and pin stuff up like pics of you and your friends. That would look really pretty. :D And instead of pink and purple, try this fruit punch color - http://images.teamsugar.com/files/users/6/61259/36_2007/DSCN1312.jpg (the pink stripe color.) And try to keep all your furniture white! Nothing annoys me more than when people have their furniture black, white, and that wood color all together. :|
- I think if I was ever able to paint my own room when I was a teen I would do light purple with dark purple polka dots or same colors only stripes.
- I would recommend if you're going to paint it you should do 3 walls one colour and the the 4th (maybe the 1 behind your bed) a different colour. If your bedspread is pink then I'd say do the bed behind your wall purple and the others pink. Obviously it depends on the shades of pink and purple that are in your room already as to what colours you use for paint - you can find different colours on websites like http://www.dulux.com/looks.jsp and try to find the best match. If you wanted to be more creative you could try adding spots / swirls (to match your curtains) in the other colour in each wall... just a thought. Or on the "feature wall" (the one that's a different colour) you could hang posters / photos of your family and friends. Anything to make it fun and funky! I'm sure it'll look great - I love bright coloured rooms! Have fun x
- when i moved into my house the ppl b4 us had an awful blue's clues themed room,no joke i re-painted it of course. i did a light pink on the top and a purple on the bottom of my walls with a border in between, might try that :) my fave. colors were also pink and purple, but i got tired of it quickly so if you do a border or whatever you should use something temporary. for example walmart has like stickers that are borders that way you can change it as many times as you want without ruining your paint. ps- i had to paint white over the paint before i could do the colors i wanted, you might have to do the same *Amanda
