teen girl bedroom design ideas???
I'm a 14 year old girl and my dad said that I could paint and redecorate my bedroom!Finally i still have disney princess sheets!and Ineed help on coming up with ideas to redecorate my bedroom. if you have any that'd be great. oh yeah and i need to pick a paint colour 2. i dont have any preferences.HELP!

- go with bright blue. target has some really cute comforters that would go well. the easiest thing to do is to pick your bedding and then coordinate the room around it. try www.pbteen.com or bed, bath, and beyond.
- Empty the room. Cover the carpet. Get some of your friends with a paint ball gun and have them splatter the walls. Cover it over in a clear coat. It looks great!
- Check out HGTV's "Rate my Space". There's tons of pictures people have sent in when they redo a room and you can find an idea you like.

- Try to pick things that you will not grow out of. Go with neutral colors on the walls. Use the frilly stuff in accent peices that are easier to change ou as you interests do.
- Well, the first thing I'd ask you is what's your favorite color. Surround yourself with that color. Not necessarily on the walls but in your fabrics or accents around your room. I personally would stay neutral with the walls. A very strong color may look great on a color swatch but a whole room of it might be overwhelming. Are you buying new bedding. If so, here's a trick I always use. Purchase a bedspread that you really love. Something that reflects your style. Once you have that you can pull colors from it to decorate the rest of your room. Also, don't forget about contrast. If you choose dark colored bedding go light with the wall color. Best of luck.
