Raggedy Ann and Andy movie from the 70's or 80's?

I was born in '81 (to give you a frame of reference) and my mom rented me this tripped out movie with Raggedy Ann and Andy. I think they escape from a kid's bedroom or something. Don't think it was a musical but it had at least one tripped out musical sequence in it. It was a cartoon, obviously.
