Spiders are all over my house!?
I've been seeing an abundance of spiders darting across my floors lately. In the laundry room, kitchen, family room, kid's bedroom. It seems like their everywhere! They're brown, about the size of a quarter, fast little buggers, and seem to prefer the floor. Could my house be harboring a nest or something? What can I do about it? I'm not totally arachnophobic but this is just getting too much. I really don't want my family getting bit. Any suggestions?

- start bug spraying them, I had this problem a while back and got a nasty bite, take care of it now before its a problem.
- Squish them or throw them outside or there will just be more and more of them. If it is a big problem you may need to use a bug bomb or something to get the population down.
- From what you described, they might be Wolf Spiders. They are not dangerous to humans, but a bite from one of them could be quite painful. A sure way to ID a Wolf Spider is to shine a flashlight at them in the dark, as their eyes will glow, similar to a cat's eyes. they have very good eyesight and are active hunters, meaning that they do not weave a web in order to catch prey but actively hunt them down, thus the name. Wolf Spiders, like I said, are not dangerous, and are actually very beneficial as they will rid your house of the "nasties" that you really do not want around.
