  1. You could try cardboard boxes with lids. Cover them with some cheap fabric or wrapping paper or even old linens--whatever you can find. Baskets are another option--try finding them at a thrift store, Salvation Army or Goodwill. They usually sell for under $1. The new plastic coffee cans are great for small stuff and with the lids on they stack well. You can label contents with a sharpie or stickers. Good luck!
  2. I like brick and board shelves. Fun! How about milk crates piled up on each other? How about under the bed storage in sliding/rolling plastic containers?
  3. Walmart! Ikea! Salvation Army! Flea Markets! Spray Paint! Those are my favorite. I use these wire mesh things, they have them at target or shopko or walmart i think they aer cubes that clip together so you can make them tall or short and wide they are about 15 bucks. They work for clothes frames shoes you name it.
  4. So you want a storage for a teen bedroom...You can use some chests like Kenny chest , low colonial chest , low Victorian chest which will be comfortable, easy to use and under your budget. For more , you can visit http://www.homelivingstyle.com/Bedroom_Chests_s/651.htm
