can anybody help me to to a fabric match?
Ive recently purchased a duvet set for my little girls bedroom from Sainsburys. I would like to get some matching curtains but unfortunately they dont do them. I have got no idea what the pattern is called as it has no name, all I know is that it was made in china. Has anybody got any ideas how I can get a match on the fabric?

- Do they do matching sheets? I've used sheets to make curtains.
- If you have the time go to http://www.Joann.com Look in the regular fabrics and the clearance to see if you can find something close to what you want. If there is one of their fabric store close to you go there as they have so many different fabrics, some that are not mentioned on line. I hope you can find what you need.
- contact sainsburys and ask if curtains avaliable. You could also try taking pillowcase into your local fabric shop and see if they can help you.
- What I would do....since they do not have matching curtains I would if money permits is to order another duvet cover identical or in a King Size and remove the stitching to get you 2 large pieces of fabric that will match perfectly. If you do not sew by machine, then you can still hand sew a hem and a curtain rod pocket at the top. Personally, I would get the largest duvet size that matches as I would also make up chair and bed pillow covers with any extra fabric I can "steal" from the larger size. If that is possible.
- You are not going to find a exact match in any fabric store. Unless Sainsburys has the fabric you can order it isn't going to be available anywhere else. getting matching sheets to make curtains is your best bet. Taking apart a king sized duvet isn't going to work.
- I agree with Toffy - adapt (or get a friend who sews) a large duvet cover. I know it works! Don't know who marked her answer down as it was a valid one.
