Bedroom wall colour? ideas?

my parents say that they are gonna paint my room while I am @ camp... but im not sure what colour I want it! I was thinking a light purple or blue? those are my favourite colours. My furniture is all white if that helps and the carpets are a light beige.... the wood around the ceiling and floor it white! got any ideas about colours or designs? THANKS♥ I like the idea of the stripe in the middle but I am wondering if you think i should put a white border around it so that it doesnt blend into the other colour too much?

1. omg yess! ok. i think that you should paint the walls light blue and then put one light purple stripe going around the middle of the room. the stripe should be about 1.6-2 feet. you like?<333
2. I think you should paint it a light light purple... or light light blue. Im a big fan of the beachy look and you could easily pull that off with your white furniture. have a look aroudn the better homes and gardens website, theres lots of tips on there. Do you have a theme that you want for your room?
