I need help decorating my bedroom!!?!!?! (teen girl)?

I need ideas for a teen bedroom. I found a duvet cover that is black and has a big white lily on it. I was thinking of using lime green and orange with it. The problem is I need a neutral color to paint my walls. Anyone have any ideas or knows a website?!?? Thanks!!

1. when i was redoing my room i was on a budget (im 13). so wat i did was get little shelfs and painted them my fav color and hanged them on my wall.my fav color is blue so i put things on the shelfs that would contrast w/ blue. like pink flowers or paintings i got. after that u should move the furniter around in ur room. that would make a big diff. get new sheets and hang up posters so it looks like a teens room. neutral colors are tan, cream, salmon, etc. u could do something fun like polka dots with those colors on ur wall
