paint color ideas for bedroom to match white bedding with grey border?!?!?

hi! i am in desperete need of some help with my paint color for my bedroom. i have a white comforter that has an "ash" grey border on the outside from restoration hardware http://www.restorationhardware.com/rh/catalog/product/product.jsp?productId=prod250023&navCount=2 my curtains are white and my bedroom set is a light color of oak. i have lavender accent pillows and a throw. i don't want everything to be too "matchy matchy" but i'm leaning towards a lighter shade of grey on the walls. i am not really good at decorating so any serious advice would be so much appreciated =) thank you all!!!!

1. White, gray, and brown are neutral colors, which means that they will look good with any color. I don't like to match colors when I decorate my house either. I like to work with colors that go well together with some accent colors on some decorations that will make the room pop. Since you have pretty much neutral colors to work with, you might want to focus on what kind of mood you want to feel in the room and what type of style you're looking for. Do you want a sweet girly room, modern looking room, or do you want a mature subtle looking room? Try to search for bedroom pictures online. They will give you some ideas. Once you figure that out what you want, pretty much all the colors will work with white, gray, and brown furniture.
2. a good colour for your wall wouldn't be either white (not so nice, too much white) grey, or black to look good around (even thought it matches) take my opinion just keep the colour u have then go to the store and buy a striped white and black wallpaper P.S: I love the bedding!
