How important is emotional intimacy in the bedroom to women?

My partner is unable to show emotional intimacy or receive love from me in the bedroom, could you please let me know if it is just me and I need to change? How many people on here require emotional intimacy and love making in the bedroom process?

2. I need it or I have a hard time having an orgasm. I need to be emotionally connected. It is extremely important to me. There isn't anything wrong with you.
3. It's important to me as well at times and luckily we have that together. I wouldn't say we "make love" per se, but we have very tender moments at times, but the usual is pretty hot and heavy. We are very affectionate with each other in general, so maybe that's why our sexlife isn't all about an emotional connection. But the fact of the matter is that it is important to YOU and you need to talk to your husband and let him know how this affecting you and your marriage.
4. Well there was a time it was mandatory, three decades ago! But lately women hop into bed with any tom, dick or harry and they don't even know the guy. So what i have heard is women do this because they r so hard up for attention that they will lower their standards just so someone will tell them how hot they r and get a little bit of touching, That's what all the counselors say and my husband twentysome years ago said even then the girls did it for attention because Their parents probably didnt give them any attention.
