Why do ppl by babies matching bedroom sets when they don't even have enough brain power to appriciate it?

6. A baby is a HUGE step in people's lives. Most consider it a very important experience that nothing else can really compare to. Decorating a room for the new life they've created is important to them for a lot of reasons; it's part of the fun of waiting for the baby, it's tradition for a lot of people, the child will appreciate it when they're older, and maybe the parents are even making the room nice for their own pleasure because they want a nice house. As a parent, most go to far lengths to give their child the best life they can, even if it means giving them things they won't necessarily appreciate. It's sort of like decorating for the holidays. It's not necessary, but it makes things look prettier and it's a way to be fun and festive.
