where can i find bedroom accessories like this?

Those look like vintage shawls. Do searches on websites like amazon and ebay for "fringed shawl," "floral shawl," :floral scarf," etc. The window treatment looks like some scarves sewn together just at the corners. The room is really cute, and it would be easy to duplicate the style but still have it be unique. Oh, and the rings at the top of the window treatments are easy to find at fabric stores, hardware stores, or even Wal Mart. They are with the other curtain rods and accessories and clip onto the curtain.
