Whats the going rate for a house cleaner?
Im not sure about the square footage, but house is 8 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bath, full gym, media room, and 4 offices. What would a good weekly rate be? Laundry is included for 5 people and bed linens

- This really depends on where you live. In Ohio, my friends wife charges $20-25 and hour, but in N.Y. or out in California, it would be higher.
- will you be doing this one time weekly or bi-weekly? That will depend on the cost also. I would think weekly rate would be about 150. day based on 8 hours. If you do it bi-weekly charge about 200. because it will be just a bit more clean-up to do (dusting, floors, bathrooms). House cleaning is not a cheap job if it is done correctly.

- I am a housekeeper. From my experience you might be looking at 300 to 350 a week. That's what I would charge. BUT sometimes when you do like interviews you can ask them the price and you can say YOUR HIRED or thanks for coming... But I'm a fast and detailed worker and for me 350 would do it.. GOOD LUCK
