Windows Media Encoder?
Does anyone know whether windows media encoder can be used to broadcast an internet bedroom radio station?

- I dont think it can.... shoutcast can though. download that.
- No it doesn't. Windows Media Player is only good at picking up stations. Use tools like Shoutcast
